Mary Ann has lived around the world, including Bolivia, the United States (New Hampshire and California), Vanuatu, and Guam. She has traveled extensively throughout South America, South Pacific Asia, and the States, experiencing the unique and exciting flavors and traditions found in these areas. Now, with North Texas as her home, Mary Ann and her team have created Arepa TX as a modern twist on traditional arepa dishes. The menu is a perfect reflection of Mary Ann’s culinary inspirations, bringing together various textures, sauces, flavors, and spices from diverse regions around the world.
